Challenge:

We envisioned a world where finding parking is never stressful. Drivers should know exactly where they're parking before they leave home — no circling blocks, no uncertainty, no wasted time. Our goal was to build infrastructure that parking operators could deploy instantly, transforming any lot or garage into a smart, bookable, data-driven asset.

Approach

BetterParking combines real-time availability tracking with advance reservation capabilities. Drivers can book spots hours or days ahead, or find instant availability nearby. The system supports various parking types — street meters, surface lots, garages, valet services — all managed through a unified operator dashboard with real-time occupancy analytics.

Design Direction

The driver experience prioritizes speed and clarity. Large map views, clear availability indicators, and one-tap booking ensure users can secure parking in seconds. Operator dashboards provide comprehensive oversight — from individual spot status to aggregate occupancy trends and revenue analytics.

The BetterSuite Admin Panel allows operators to manage multiple parking facilities from a single interface, configure dynamic pricing rules, and analyze utilization patterns across their entire portfolio.
